Create a Hiring Plan
The first step in recruiting employees is to create a hiring plan. Determine why you need employees and identify the number of staff members your business needs. Set a budget for the hiring process by calculating all the costs to determine how much you will need. Next, create a timeline for the hiring process. Spread out the activities and indicate which days to complete them.
Post the Vacant Job

Close the job post to let people know that you already have a person for the position.

Be available to answer any questions they may have and inform other people in your business to expect a new hire. Welcome the recruit to your business on their first day. Show them around and introduce them to other members of your team. Inform them of their job responsibilities and authorize them to start working.
